Welcome

I am Bridget Godwin, a physician, researcher and coach with clinical expertise in pediatric food allergies (Eosinophilic Esophagitis and Food Protein-Induced Enterocolitis) and a research focus in drug development for pediatric inflammatory bowel disease.  Outside of medicine I have an interest in helping women enjoy their every day lives using techniques grounded in mindfulness, movement, and nourishment.  Personally I am passionate about books and independent bookstores, writing, savoring time with my kids, laughing with friends, and dancing for the fun of it.
